Google Chrome Installation and Apps
1. Open up your current browser. (Safari, Firefox)
2. Navigate to google.com or use your search box.
3. Type in google chrome, and click on the google chrome link that is from google.com
4. Ensure that the text underneath the download button says "for Mac OS X 10.6 or later.
5. Click the download button and accept the terms and conditions.
6. Open the downloads folder for your browser and double-click the googlechrome.dmg file
7. In the folder that opens, double click the google chrome icon and select "open" when the window pops up.
8. This should open a new google chrome window, with an introduction to chrome. You can now type straight into the web address bar and navigate to where you need to go.

Microphone input level and feedback
Here are the steps to getting a good microphone level and avoid feedback.
1. Go to system preference, click on "sound"
2. From the "sound" menu click on "input"
3. Select "internal microphone"
4. Adjust the slider so that the volume meter is spiking about three bars from the top
5. Open QuickTime
6. Start a new movie recording
7. Turn the volume all the way down on the QuickTime panel and mute your computer speakers
8. Check the gray bar at the bottom of the quicktime control panel, you should see it moving as you talk. If it is not moving, click on the arrow that is pointing down and select "internal microphone"
9. Begin recording and have fun!

Itunes Playlist
1. Create a new playlist titled "Eoc"
2. Click on the file that Luis sent us
3. The file will begin playing in iTunes immediately, pause it.
4. Hover over the title and click on the arrow next to it to bring down a drop-down menu

Quicktime
1. Force quit or "command" "Q" all programs.
2. Hold "command" and press "Tab." you should only see icons for Finder and QuickTime
3. Find QuickTime under the applications tab in Finder
4. Drag QuickTime to your dock and click on it
5. Hold down "option" "command" and press "n"
6. You should see a light next to the camera at the top of your Mac and a screen will pop up showing what the camera sees.
7. Press "Spacebar" to record and "Spacebar" to stop
8. Press "command" "S" to save or on older iOS's you may have to exit the window which will bring up a prompt to save

Older versions of iOS
The quicktime in older versions will work, but it is easier to save and organize in the new version
